我最喜歡他們的Macaroon, 大的有五種口味 - 巧克力, 咖啡, Praline (胡桃), Vanilla (香草) & Pistachio (開心果). 小的還多了兩種口味: Raspberry (覆盆子) & 檸檬.
除了Macaroon, 他們的草莓蛋糕 (Le Fraisier) 也很不錯. 上面鋪上一層甜甜的杏仁Marzipan, 那就是將杏仁磨成極細微的粉末, 然後慢慢的與糖霜混合. Absolutely Delicious!
